ECO REFORM

We utilize post-industrial rubber and EVA regrind materials in our Nano-Print process.
This approach allows us to incorporate leftover waste into our products using 40-mesh powders sourced from approved vendors, while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance.

Maximum size 35CM * 50CM

PRINTING HEIGHT
  • Minimum 0.05MM / maximum print height can be 1.5MM which results in more stacking passes/ more time
  • Print height efficiency is best at 0.2-0.5MM (Higher height = more price / lower height = less price)
  • We can build higher ; however, there may be quality and cost considerations. Let’s explore the possibilities together.
PRINTING SIZE

Width for design shapes should be at least 0.7MM but dependent on continuous shape or single shape and avoid sharp pointed shapes unless larger sized angles.
